For our Research and Development site in Bucharest we are looking for a

System Requirements Manager

 

Responsibilities
  • Trigger and control the definition of stakeholder requirements
  • Coordinate the creation of system requirements and architecture (System concepts for HF,RF in SW and HW)
  • Follow the stakeholder and system requirements management procedure
  • Represent system engineering towards other lines and the project management
  • Build-up interface to customers and suppliers concerning FuT(friendly user testing) and requirements issues
  • Perform system requirements training and support the project team in all system requirements issues
Skills
  • Expert knowledge in System requirements specification
  • Very good knowledge in English language
  • Begginer/Medium level or willingness to learn German language
  • Good understanding of System relevant stakeholder requirements
  • Good knowledge of  software_quality/Processes/System Requirements Process (knowledge of SPICE automotive nice to have)
  • Knowledge of System testing
  • Very Good tracking and communication skills
  • Good Requirements management tool know how (Doors,Polarion,etc.)
  • Good knowledge of basic logic HW
  • Good knowledge of basic electrical measurements (current,voltage,resistence,frequency,etc.)
  • Knowledge of PIC controllers on chip peripherals
  • Knowledge of compenser
